Hello there, my name is Jackie, I've been cooking and baking pretty much most of my life. My mother was the cook of my family growing up and I always found myself in the kitchen with her to help out. Since I was always interested in what she was doing, she began teaching me all the do's and don't of the being in the kitchen. My mom is an excellent cook, so I'm proud that I found my love for the kitchen from her.      

                        

When I found myself a college graduate with no on the job experience, baking for family and friends became an outlet for my frustrations. But also, rediscovering the joy and pleasure it brings.

I was always told how everyone enjoyed my cakes, that are always from scratch.  So I decided to take on a venture of owning a small home-based business where I can bake delicious cakes and cupcakes for holiday, various party venues & themes and small or large function. 

 

Over the years, I've gone to many parties and I found on many occasions that the cake design is very pretty but the cake itself falls very short of taste or it's over saturated with simple syrup to bring back the moisture.  For me, this was not exceptable.

 

I aim to please and being a designer at my core, this allowed me to bring joy and witness genuine happiness on a customers face once I delivered a beautiful cake design that tasted even better, just the way they hoped.
